Explicit Consent Statement

Separately from the Privacy Policy & KVKK Notice, this statement covers the processing that relies on your explicit consent under Türkiye’s Law No. 6698. Consent is optional; without it you can still contact me directly by email or WhatsApp.

1. Contact form

By ticking the box in the contact form, you consent to your name, email address, topic and message being transferred, in order to answer your request, to service providers whose servers are abroad (mainly in the USA) and that are used to deliver the form and provide email (FormSubmit and Google).

2. Newsletter

By ticking the box in the newsletter form, you consent to:

• your name and email address being processed to send the newsletter,
• this data being transferred to service providers abroad used for form delivery, email and newsletter sending,
• receiving electronic messages about new articles, reports, events and consulting services, as required by Türkiye’s e-commerce law No. 6563.

3. Withdrawing consent

You can withdraw your consent at any time by replying to any newsletter or emailing tolgaakay616@gmail.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it; afterwards your data is no longer processed for these purposes and you are removed from the newsletter list.
